She specializes in helping clients age strong through targeted exercises, balance training, and nutritional strategies that promote long-term health and independence.

Lauren graduated from Penn State with a degree in Health Policy Administration and leads our Colorado operation from Denver. A competitive lacrosse player and lifelong skier, she brings a dynamic, personalized approach to every client relationship.
Lauren’s philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and motivating environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their fitness goals sustainably.
RYT 500 · MFA, Montclair State University · Yoga & Dance Instructor
Yuki is a professional dancer, yoga instructor, and educator originally from Japan. He completed his RYT 500 yoga teacher training in New York and brings over a decade of teaching experience to every class. As a performer, Yuki has danced professionally with ballet and contemporary companies across the U.S., earning an artist green card in recognition of his work.
He holds an MFA from Montclair State University and teaches dance and yoga at several colleges and educational institutions, with academic research exploring the relationship between mind and body through Japanese philosophy and movement.

Natalia discovered her passion for fitness while navigating postpartum depression after the birth of her last child — lifting weights became a turning point that changed the course of her life.
